Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

A. Project-Based Services
  1. 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.

  2. The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before the final delivery of the project.

  3. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quotation and approval before execution.

B. Retainer/Monthly Services (SEO, Social Media, Ads Management, etc.)
  1. Clients must pay the full monthly fee in advance before the service period starts.

  2. Services will be paused if payment is not received by the due date.

  3. Minimum contract period: 3 months (unless otherwise agreed upon).

  4. If the client wants to terminate the service, a 30-day prior notice is required before cancellation.

C. Advertising Budgets (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  1. Paid ad campaign budgets are separate from agency service fees and must be paid directly by the client.

  2. If Techinfigo is managing the ad budget, 100% of the ad budget must be prepaid before the campaign starts.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:
✅ Bank Transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI)
✅ PayPal (For International Clients – subject to transaction fees)
✅ Credit/Debit Card (Payment gateway fees may apply)
✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Note: Any transaction fees or international currency conversion charges must be borne by the client.

3. Late Payment & Penalties

  1. Payments delayed beyond 7 days from the due date will attract a 5% late fee.

  2. If payment is not received within 30 days, Techinfigo reserves the right to pause all services and take legal action if necessary.

  3. For monthly retainer clients, services will not be resumed until the outstanding payment is cleared.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Project-Based Services
  1. No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work.

  2. If a project is canceled before the work begins, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the advance payment.

  3. If a project is canceled after work has started, a refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on the completed work.

B. Retainer/Monthly Services
  1. Clients must give at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel any ongoing services.

  2. If a client cancels within the month, no partial refunds will be issued.

  3. Techinfigo reserves the right to terminate a contract without refund if the client violates any terms of the agreement.

5. Additional Work & Charges

  1. Any changes beyond the original scope of work will be billed separately.

  2. Additional services requested after the contract is signed will be charged at ₹[Your Rate] per hour or as per a new agreement.

6. Project Timelines & Delivery

  1. Agreed timelines depend on the client’s cooperation, including providing necessary content, approvals, and feedback.

  2. Any delays caused by the client in providing required materials will extend the project timeline, and Techinfigo will not be held responsible for missed deadlines.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  1. Techinfigo will keep all client data and marketing strategies confidential.

  2. However, we are not responsible for data breaches that occur due to third-party services (Facebook, Google, hosting providers, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All marketing materials, strategies, and content created by Techinfigo remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Clients may not use Techinfigo’s proprietary content or strategies without prior written consent.

9. Client Responsibilities

  1. Clients must provide necessary assets (such as images, videos, ad content, and access credentials) in a timely manner.

  2. Any delays in providing required materials will impact project timelines, for which Techinfigo is not responsible.

10. Indemnification Clause

  1. Techinfigo is not responsible for any legal issues arising due to the client’s business practices, advertisements, or website content.

  2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Techinfigo harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes.

11. Force Majeure

  1. Techinfigo is not liable for service delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

  1. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation.

  2. If a dispute remains unresolved, legal action will be taken under the jurisdiction of Agra, Uttar Pradesh courts.

  3. Clients must comply with Indian digital marketing laws, and Techinfigo will not be responsible for any legal violations caused by the client’s business activities.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
